Day 1 - The basics: laptop, your team, buddy

Day 21 - Meet your direct stakeholders
- [ ] Stakeholders - Start to identify and reach out to stakeholders.

- [ ] Product Marketing Manager

- [ ] UX Researcher
- [ ] Data / analytics team

- Introduce yourself
- Understand what is important for them - their area of focus , priorities and how can you help them be successful
- Mention the product area that you will be focussing on
- Get their thoughts, if they have been working on that product area or are familiar with it
- Suggestions on onboarding - other documentations or meetings which you should be attending
- Collaboration style and preferred mode of communication
- [ ] Understand how the product roadmap is created - is it top down, based on product development priorities, business metrics
- [ ] Review the product roadmap for the year (mid term)
- [ ] Review the business goals and strategy for the next few years (long term)
- Identify a low hanging fruit - UX improvement or improvement to existing capability that you can help out with
Day 30 - Getting started on your product roadmap
- [ ] Identify problems and opportunities on your product area
- [ ] Get feedback on it from your manager and other members of the product team
- [ ] Share the initial hypothesis with your design and engineering partner
